Two Rivers Communications provides multi-platform marketing solutions to a wide variety of service and retail businesses throughout the Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck. Their main mission is to reflect and support the needs and interests of the local communities through various media outlets.

Poor Irishman Internet Marketing partered with the staff and ownership of Middle Neck News, Bay FM, and WIGO Country to provide local listeners and visitors with a powerful, information packed news portal.  Not only did the website project cover the news and advertising portions of their needs, but two smaller radio station portals were also built.

I've looked through the library of layouts and still can't find one to fit my fancy.  I have a specific idea for my website and want to build it as close to that idea as possible...  Is there anyway to build a totally custom design?
