Solve Murders as CSI:NY Thrills Second Life Residents

CSI:NY fans are given a bread trail of clues and encouraged to join Second Life to investigate this recent case. All they have to do is follow a link at the CBS website. CSI:NY and CBS provide three options for CSI-related in-world activities. The first option let's viewers walk around virtual New York City and visit the CSI Lab to play some forensic games. The second option is a real game called "Murder by Zuiker"! This unique murder plot will be solved by Second Life Residents who find the right clues. And - virtual gifts will be awarded to the top 100 people who come closest to solving the murders!

The major story arch and Second Life connection provides New Residents the ability to become CSI:NY investigators. They will have complete access to field kits & tools, and are provided a chance to interview suspects. This all works together in order to solve the murder case featured in the recent CSI:NY episode. The TV Show itself has aired and ended in a major cliff-hanger with the murderer still loose, and a solution that will not be revealed until February 2008!
