Hersheypark in the Dark Halloween Thrill Rides

hersheydark.gifIt's just about Halloween and that means a few things to me… First, my annual Fall Ride!  I like to just get out on the road and see all the changing leaves.  The cool, crisp air, and the amazing colors are a great way to relax on a long drive.  But this year wa sa little different!  At the end of the drive was a good old friend I hadn't seen for 4 years - and a full day of excitement at Hersheypark in Hershey, PA!  Yeah - just like Hershey Chocolate Bars…

We loaded into the car early on Saturday morning - my wife Jessica, my brother Aaron, and his wife Jill.  It was dumping rain from here to Baltimore - and we moved at a snails pace over the Bay Bridge.  However, just outside of Baltimore the clouds broke and we got to my friend Monica's place in record time.  Her husband Josh couldn't join us for the day in Hersheypark, but was around that night to hang out and watch scary movies.  He picked a great one - Jim Carey's new movie "23".  It was a crazy psychological thriller.

HERSHEYPARK IN THE DARK  is an awesome time held over two big weekends when Hershey welcomes the entire family for Halloween fun.  Exhilarating screams echo in the crisp night air as riders brave the dark on thrilling HERSHEYPARK coasters while others delight in Halloween-themed shows and attractions, and favorite fall food.  Even the Hershey Zoo get's into the act and all the nocturnal animals are out to creep out little spooks and ghouls.

Hersheypark and the Hershey Chocolate company know one thing - Customer Relationship Management!  First of all - they have a great product - which makes it easy to love Hershey.  But after the company wins a new customer with one of the sweet, tasty treats they create… they go even further.  They establish a whole theme park - originally created for their employees - but design the park around their sweet treats too!  Then - on Halloween - the park goes gothic with a twist of thrilling fun!!
