Yes - this was a Wednesday for P's!

POURING - The sun never even came out this morning. I suppose it was on strike, or taking an early holiday like most of America. But - regardless I overslept - AGAIN - and was starting to work about 8:30 instead of my usual 7:30. Bummer… The rain continued right through the night. I don't think we are at any risk of flooding this time - but I sure hope it clears up for Thanksgiving.

PROGRESS - The word which signified my work day. I was able to make so much progress on a few different projects - it was shocking! I love open source, and the entire community of programmers who make it all happen. A hurdle in programming and functionality which I felt could take a few days - took mere minutes with the right open source tools. String enough of those together and you have an incredible piece of work.

PANCAKES - Tonight was the annual Youth Group Pancake Supper at church. I headed out to help cook at about 3 PM… yeah … we eat a lot!! A dozen or so people to help setup, cook, and clean up. Not sure how much the whole event made for the kids - but the turn out was pretty good considering the weather.

PLAY - Yeah, you knew I was going there… Tomorrow is a holiday - Poor Irishman is CLOSED - so that means tonight we Play!! I think I will start with a session of ATITD, and then go medieval with a trip into Oblivion. Who know where I will wind up tonight. The good news is - tomorrow is a brain off, relaxation day.
